Stacey Santos

Stacey built a Real Estate career in New Mexico starting in 1993 before moving to Hawaii with her husband Wayne in 2013.  She brings a strong background in business development and experience in working closely with State Agencies such as, the Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development, Planning and Zoning Department, Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Mayor’s office and numerous other entities associated with her profession and licensure as a former Real Estate Broker and business owner in New Mexico, and a current Real Estate Salesperson here in Hawaii.  She opened her own corporate housing company from 2000 to 2009, where she provided numerous furnished temporary accommodations to large corporations, movie industry personnel, relocation companies, private individuals and traveling medical staff personnel amongst many others.  Her Corporate Housing small business plan was recognized in two separate national publications on how to build a successful business with minimal investment capital.  Most recently, Stacey served as an officer for a Hawaiian Community Association and is committed to pursuing all rights, including proposed rights, entitled to the advancement in education, culture, heritage and traditional practices of all Native Hawaiians and their children.  She is an active CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) member and is certified through the Civil Defense Department.  Stacey is dedicated to building honest, trustworthy and lasting client relationships and feels that educating her customers and clients and protecting their rights and interests during a Real Estate transaction are paramount to a smooth, effective and more enjoyable buying or selling experience.
